Apollo Technical has an immediate need for a Structural BIM Technician
About the Role We are looking for a self-motivated BIM Technician to join our growing, collaborative team. In this full-time role, you will lead technical structural drafting and 3D modeling, partnering closely with engineers and regional BIM team members across offices. Key Responsibilities

Modeling & Drafting: Execute detailed structural models and drafting deliverables using Revit Structure and AutoCAD.

Standards & Planning: Create comprehensive BIM Execution Plans and ensure consistent modeling methodologies across firm offices.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate directly with structural engineers and internal project teams to integrate design changes efficiently.

Multi-Office Collaboration: Work as an active member of our firm-wide BIM group to align technical standards and workflows.
Qualifications

Education: Associate degree, or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Software Mastery: High proficiency in Revit Structure and AutoCAD.

Industry Experience: Background working on multi-family residential, commercial, or industrial building projects.

Material Knowledge: Familiarity with structural details involving steel, mild concrete, post-tensioned concrete, timber, and masonry.
