Description
Senior Training Systems & Curriculum Lead
Why This Opportunity?
We are seeking a highly capable technical leader to drive the strategy, design, and structural maintenance of platform-specific training curricula within a global manufacturing division. In this role, you will bridge the gap between regulatory compliance and operational excellence by partnering directly with site technical experts, operations leads, and our global Center of Excellence (COE).
Your work will directly optimize operational readiness, reduce training burden, and ensure cross-site manufacturing teams operate within compliant, process-based training frameworks.
What We're Looking For (Required & Preferred Qualifications)
To excel in this role and maintain our high bar for regulatory compliance and operational readiness, you must meet the following criteria:
- Professional Experience:
- 5+ years of dedicated experience operating inside a strict GxP-regulated environment.
- Demonstrated functional expertise across Learning & Development (L&D), instructional design, or complex Manufacturing/Quality operations.
- Target Domain Expertise (Preferred): Deep, practical knowledge of platform-specific manufacturing processes (e.g., Prefilled Syringes (PFS), Cartridge systems, sterile manufacturing, Chemical, or Biologics).
- Curriculum Architecture (Preferred): Proven success developing and scaling process-based or competency-based curriculum architecture rather than static text-based programs.
- Global Footprint: Exceptional collaboration skills with the proven ability to seamlessly align cross-functional teams (Quality, Operations, Engineering) operating across multiple global sites and time zones.
- Modern Tool Fluency: Familiarity with digital learning tools, OJT standardization metrics, and global enterprise HR/learning systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors
- Education: Bachelor's degree, OR a minimum of 10 years of equivalent, deeply relevant systems experience in lieu of a degree.
What You'll Do
- Platform Curriculum Design & Development: Design, build, and maintain technical training content within strict governance frameworks. Architect curricula based on a standard multi-layer content model (Global / Platform / Site), ensuring content is organized cleanly by manufacturing processes with crisp, task-level qualifications.
- Content Governance & Compliance: Safeguard data integrity and training compliance by developing content that aligns with corporate global standards. Identify content gaps, support learning equivalency evaluations, and make programmatic exception/substitution decisions in strict alignment with the broader Quality system.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with platform leadership to drive the overarching training strategy across multiple global manufacturing sites. Act as the vital interface with the centralized governance teams for standards, and collaborate with Site Execution Partners to feed site-specific operational needs back into global curriculum updates.
- Continuous Improvement & OJT: Analyze instructional efficiency to aggressively reduce training redundancy and unlock qualification bottlenecks. Contribute directly to the standardization of On-the-Job Training (OJT/DOJT) models and lead platform representation during cross-functional forums, corporate audits, and regulatory governance reviews.
