As an integral member of the Reliability Maintenance Department, the Parts Room Supervisor leads a team of Parts Room Attendants for preparing material for work orders, inventory management and maintaining/ensuring proper inventory levels of material for Cambria’s production facility in regards to maintenance operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures materials for planned work orders are kitted per the weekly maintenance schedule
Ensures all materials are received in, stored and inventoried properly
Maintains and sets reorder points for inventory in accordance to maintenance needs
Supervises a team of Parts Room Attendants. Performs job training and conducts performance reviews for continuous employee development.
Creates new material item numbers and receives them into inventory with proper storage
Maintains all material items with proper technical information
Maintains asset spare parts lists to ensure they are accurate and up to date
Ensures inventory accuracy through cycle counting and other systems
Additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Ability to become certified in operating a forklift, overhead crane and respirator
Ability to read and write in English to complete required documentation
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google applications
Ability to supervision employees
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical two year degree or equivalent experience in parts, planning or inventory
Good organizational, planning and multi-tasking skills
Critical thinking, process and troubleshooting skills
Mathematical and administrative skills
Ability to read/understand technical manuals, blue prints and drawings
CMMS/ERP software experience
Minimum Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
3+ years’ experience with maintenance, parts or planning
3+ years’ experience in management or supervision

Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 9 hours, with intermittent breaks

Occasionally work in wet and/or humid conditions
Work in a non-climate controlled environment
Climb in and out of a forklift multiple times throughout shift
Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift
Bend over multiple times throughout shift

Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position including shift differential is: $24.00 - $30.75. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
