HOMESTEAD-MIAMI SPEEDAY
Homestead-Miami Speedway has been open since 1995 following an initiative to spur economic recovery in the aftermath of Hurricane Andrew. The Speedway, which was founded by Miami businessman, racing enthusiast and philanthropist Ralph Sanchez, is a 650-acre facility that features a 1.5-mile oval and 2.21-mile road course. The Speedway hosts on-track events nearly 300 days per year and generates more than $301 million annually for the region. NASCAR crowned champions in all three of its national series at Homestead-Miami Speedway for 18 straight years (2002-19) and will once again host NASCAR Championship weekend in 2026.
- Assists with set up for the credentials for each event.
- Verifies identification and issues credentials to guests and the company’s sponsors along with vendors and workers.
- Investigates and resolves when able issues with guests/workers not included on a list.
- Attend training session(s).
- Be available during the week of November 6-8, 2026 and expect to work 25-30 hours during race week.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience preferred.
Other Skills, Abilities, and/or qualifications:
- Minimum age 18 years old.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
- Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions for extended periods.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned.
- Positive attitude, friendly and outgoing.
- Must follow dress code and have a clean, presentable appearance at all times.
- Ability to work with others and take direction.
- Must learn quickly and be trainable.
- Reliable transportation to and from the track location.
