What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and visitors at a luxury retail front desk while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify appointments and/or credentials, issue visitor access materials, and maintain accurate visitor records in accordance with location procedures.
• Monitor access points, observe front-desk activity and security-related systems, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures when appropriate.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while assisting with directions, communications, and access control needs in a high-end retail environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
