Job Duties

• Perform general carpentry work on commercial construction projects
• Complete framing, installation, repairs, and finish carpentry as needed
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Measure, cut, and install building materials accurately
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all OSHA and project-specific safety requirements
• Work as part of a professional construction crew to meet project deadlines

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a carpenter
• Knowledge of standard carpentry methods, materials, and tools
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
• Must have reliable transportation to the jobsite
• Must have basic carpentry tools and required PPE
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a construction environment
• OSHA 10 certification is preferred; training available
• Commercial construction experience is a plus
