Job Description :

We are looking for an RPA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in UiPath to design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions. The candidate will collaborate with process experts to identify process improvement opportunities, gather requirements, perform feasibility studies, and implement end-to-end RPA solutions. The role requires experience in UiPath development, Orchestrator, RE Framework, Document Understanding, AI Center, and finance-related automation.

Key responsibilities :

 • Gather and analyze business requirements for automation initiatives.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using UiPath.
• Collaborate with process experts to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Design future-state automation solutions and obtain review/sign-off from process experts.
• Perform Proof of Concepts to assess automation feasibility.
• Translate business and technical requirements into technical designs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and identify process/technical gaps.
• Develop functional and non-functional system requirements.
• Deliver automation solutions within agreed timelines.
• Participate in peer reviews and ensure code adheres to defined design standards.
• Support the complete RPA lifecycle from requirement gathering through deployment and implementation.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Technology/Engineering or a related technical field

Certification If Any

UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) Certification – Good to Have
