Description
Description -
HP's Large Format Finance team is seeking a highly strategic and analytically driven finance professional to lead Long-Range Financial Planning (LRFP) and provide a portfolio-wide perspective on investment allocation, cost structure, and business performance across the Large Format business.
This role will serve as a Key Finance Partner to senior leadership, helping shape long-term financial strategy through cross-business analysis and integrated portfolio insights. The successful candidate will develop visibility into how resources are allocated across Design, Production and SitePrint businesses, assessing whether spending patterns, investment levels, and cost structures remain aligned with business priorities, growth opportunities, and financial objectives.
Unlike business-facing finance roles focused on individual products, programs, or investment decisions, this position provides an enterprise-level view across the entire Large Format portfolio. The role works closely with segment finance partners and investment owners to consolidate insights, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making regarding resource allocation, productivity, and long-term value creation.
This is a highly visible position requiring strong executive communication skills, financial rigor, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for business and finance leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Long-Range Financial Planning (LRFP) process across the Large Format business, translating strategic priorities into long-term financial plans and executive-level recommendations.
Develop a portfolio-wide view of investment allocation across Design, Production and SitePrint, assessing whether resources are aligned with business performance, growth opportunities, and strategic objectives.
Analyze Large Format cost structures, including Cost of Sales, R&D, FSC, and operating expenses, identifying trends, productivity opportunities, and cost optimization initiatives.
Establish reporting and benchmarking frameworks that provide transparency into investment allocation, spending patterns, and resource efficiency across the portfolio.
Partner with finance teams and business leaders to consolidate insights, challenge assumptions, and support data-driven resource allocation decisions.
Build executive presentations, financial models, and scenario analyses that support long-term strategy, planning, and decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement of planning, reporting, and analytical processes through simplification, standardization, and automation.
Unlike traditional business finance roles, this position provides a portfolio-wide view across the entire Large Format portfolio, helping leadership determine whether resources, investments, and spending are optimally allocated across businesses. Rather than owning individual business cases or program ROI analyses, the role focuses on integrating insights across the portfolio to guide long-term planning, cost structure optimization, and strategic resource allocation decisions.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• 10+ years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)
