Job Overview

The Manager – AI Transformation will lead AI transformation initiatives, identify AI use cases, improve organizational processes, and drive responsible AI adoption across academic and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's AI transformation roadmap aligned with institutional strategy.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI use cases across academic and administrative functions.
• Lead AI-driven process automation and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with academic, research, and industry partners on AI-related projects.
• Establish AI governance, data management, compliance, and ethical AI practices.
• Manage technology vendors, solution providers, and internal stakeholders to deliver AI projects.
• Lead AI awareness, change management, and capability-building initiatives.
• Promote AI literacy and adoption among staff and students.
• Ensure AI projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in AI, IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's Degree in AI, Data Science, Digital Transformation, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a managerial, supervisory, or leadership role.
• Proven experience leading technology-enabled transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, automation platforms, data governance, and emerging digital technologies.
• Strong understanding of responsible and ethical AI practices.
