If you answered yes to these questions, then you should know Congressional Country Club is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant. The Housekeeping Attendant will help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of our clubhouse facilities, ensuring every member and guest is welcomed into a space that reflects our tradition of excellence.

Congressional Country Club is looking for Team Members who believe the impossible is possible, are driven to continuously make a positive impact on the organization, and believe that as a team, we accomplish more.

What will be expected of you:

  • Clean and maintain clubhouse floors using approved cleaning products and equipment.

  • Operate automatic floor scrubbers and buffers to maintain floors and grout.

  • Vacuum, polish, and pressure-wash assigned areas as needed.

  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, walls, floors, and fixtures.

  • Polish metal hardware and maintain spotless mirrors and glass surfaces.

  • Replenish towels, soap, paper products, toiletries, and other amenities.

  • Remove used towels and replace them as needed.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of laundry and storage areas.

  • Realign furniture and inspect assigned areas for damage or maintenance concerns.

  • Update guest-room status sheets and communicate changes with the Front Desk.

  • Promptly report maintenance concerns, damaged items, safety hazards, and guest-related issues.

  • Provide attentive and courteous service to help ensure member and guest satisfaction.

  • Follow all Club safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures.

How we determine your qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Two years of housekeeping experience preferred.

  • Previous floor-maintenance experience is a plus.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing or moving for extended periods.

  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Strong teamwork, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
