Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Raleigh, NC.

We make, sell, and distribute PepsiCo and more beverages. These exclusive rights make up the vast majority of our business and cover certain counties across five states.
We also create our own beverages, producing and distributing them to our customers’ warehouses nationally. And we make, sell, and distribute to our customers’ warehouses a growing portfolio of beverages nationally. These beverages make up a small, but growing part of our business.

Role Overview
The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to our Ventures Food & Beverage (VFB) and Food Service Teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Process and track invoices and customer PO’s for VFB and Food Service; Assist Payable/Accounts Receivable teams for customer/distributor billbacks and write-offs
Track P&L financials in reporting tools that include SAP, UXT, Excel, and other demand planning tools as they are developed
Assist with the development of, and regularly update, scorecards and forecasts for VFB, Food Service and as assigned on a project-by-project basis (Examples: project tracking activities, Sales Dashboard interaction, Excel Spreadsheets, etc.)
Process new customer and New Item set-up; Provide new and existing customer Price change support
Process Bottle Bill payments and reporting
Process ticket requests and food orders (Examples: Hurricanes, concerts, Koka Booth, TWC Music Pavillion, college basketball, etc.)
Coordinate and attend meetings as requested (Examples: AOP, Staff meetings, Period Reviews, Golf Outings, Special Events, etc.)
Provide administrative support to VPs of VFB and Food Service (Examples: coordinate calendars, reserve travel, create power point presentations, create excel spreadsheets, etc.)
Provide project support and backup administrative support for other company administrators as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
7+ years of executive level experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to use general office equipment (computer, copiers, scanners, etc)
Budget Tracking Experience
Meeting Planning Experience
Excellent written/verbal skills
High level of interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization
Ability to organize and update data
Continuous attention to detail in composing and proofing materials
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to proactively address and resolve issues
Ability to understand or learn new software processes of an evolving and everchanging business
Compensation and Benefits
Starting salary pay for this position is set based on location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter will share more about the specific pay range for this position during the interview process.
