Lead disciplined sales management routines, including strategic account planning, opportunity inspection, pipeline governance, calling intensity, deal strategy, and growth accountability.
Accelerate adoption of an end-to-end selling model that moves beyond individual products and connects the full power of U.S. Bank to market opportunities.
Identify and activate expansion opportunities across priority sectors, with a specific focus on low-cost operating deposits, merchant growth, commercial card adoption, treasury modernization, and integrated payables and receivables solutions.
Recruit, develop, and retain high-caliber sales talent while building a culture of accountability, urgency, collaboration, preparation, and performance.
Represent PMI as a senior voice across enterprise forums, ensuring the business is aligned to broader strategic priorities and positioned for sustained growth.
