Die Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH ist ein Entwicklungs- und Produktionsstandort für Leistungstransistoren (Power MOSFET) mit über 550 Mitarbeitenden. Vishay investiert in Itzehoe in eine neue Halbleiter-Chip-Fabrik und erweitert damit künftig die Produktionskapazitäten.

Was Sie machen werden:

• Integration neuer und bestehender Produktionsanlagen in unsere 200mm- und 300mm-Fabs

• Entwicklung, Pflege und Optimierung von Automations- und Integrationslösungen für Produktionsanlagen

• Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Equipment-Automation auf Basis von SECS/GEM, GEM300 und verwandten Industriestandards

• Anbindung von Produktionsanlagen an MES-Systeme sowie weitere übergeordnete IT- und Automationssysteme

• Konfiguration, Test, Inbetriebnahme und Freigabe neuer Equipment-Integrationen

• Unterstützung bei Tool-Upgrades, Retrofits und Lieferantenabnahmen

• Analyse und Behebung von Kommunikations-, Schnittstellen- und Automatisierungsproblemen im laufenden Produktionsbetrieb

• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Integrations- und Automationsplattformen (z. B. Systema EI / RI Suite, AMAT EAP, ElasticSearch)

• Unterstützung bei Standardisierungs- und Harmonisierungsprojekten im Bereich Fab- und Equipment-Automation

• Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, Integrationsstandards und Best Practices

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Equipment-Herstellern sowie internen Fachbereichen wie MES, IT, Prozessengineering und Instandhaltung

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Erfahrung in der Equipment-Integration und Automatisierung innerhalb der Halbleiterindustrie

• Kenntnisse von SECS/GEM (HSMS) und idealerweise GEM300

• Erfahrung bei der Integration und Modernisierung von Fertigungsanlagen

• Grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse, vorzugsweise in Java oder C#

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenbanken wie Oracle oder Microsoft SQL Server

• Verständnis von MES-, APC- und Fab-Automationsarchitekturen

• Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise in einem produktionskritischen Umfeld

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

• Kenntnisse in Windows- und Linux-basierten Serverumgebungen von Vorteil

• Erfahrung mit Systema-Lösungen, AMAT EAP oder vergleichbaren Integrationsplattformen von Vorteil

• Erfahrung in internationalen Projektteams und im direkten Austausch mit Equipment-Lieferanten von Vorteil

Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH is a development and manufacturing facility for power transistors (power MOSFETs) with over 550 employees. Vishay is investing in a new semiconductor chip factory in Itzehoe, thereby expanding its production capacity in the future.

What you will be doing:

• Integration of new and existing production equipment into our 200mm and 300mm fabs

• Development, maintenance and optimisation of automation and integration solutions for production equipment

• Implementation and further development of equipment automation based on SECS/GEM, GEM300 and related industry standards

• Connection of production equipment to MES systems and other higher-level IT and automation systems

• Configuration, testing, commissioning and approval of new equipment integrations

• Support for tool upgrades, retrofits and supplier acceptance tests

• Analysis and resolution of communication, interface and automation issues during ongoing production operations

• Management and further development of integration and automation platforms (e.g. Systema EI / RI Suite, AMAT EAP, ElasticSearch)

• Support for standardisation and harmonisation projects in the field of fab and equipment automation

• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, integration standards and best practices

• Close collaboration with international equipment manufacturers and internal departments such as MES, IT, process engineering and maintenance

What you will bring along:

• A successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable qualification

• Experience in equipment integration and automation within the semiconductor industry

• Knowledge of SECS/GEM (HSMS) and, ideally, GEM300

• Experience in the integration and modernisation of manufacturing systems

• Basic programming skills, preferably in Java or C#

• Experience working with databases such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server

• Understanding of MES, APC and fab automation architectures

• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner within a production-critical environment

• Very good command of German and English

• Knowledge of Windows- and Linux-based server environments would be an advantage

• Experience with Systema solutions, AMAT EAP or comparable integration platforms would be an advantage

• Experience working in international project teams and liaising directly with equipment suppliers would be an advantage
