🔧 Senior Assembler
Build High-Quality Products That Power Essential Industries
As a Senior Assembler, you will play a critical role in delivering quality products through precise mechanical and electrical assembly processes. You will leverage strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and craftsmanship to ensure products meet safety, quality, and performance standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor.

This position goes beyond basic assembly work. As a Senior Assembler, you will serve as a key contributor to operational excellence by maintaining product quality, supporting continuous improvement efforts, and helping create a safe, organized, and efficient manufacturing environment.
🛠 What You'll Be Doing
Perform mechanical and electrical assembly operations requiring precision, dexterity, and close attention to detail while maintaining production pace and quality standards.
Assemble and test components, subassemblies, and finished products according to established work instructions and specifications.
Receive components and materials in programmed production sequences and ensure accurate assembly completion.
Follow detailed assembly and testing procedures, including color coding, PVC thermal welding, thread taping, and other standard manufacturing processes.
Assemble standard products and minor variations of in-house product designs.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, fixtures, jigs, and basic production equipment safely and effectively.
Read and interpret simple layout drawings, assembly diagrams, and work instructions.
Complete required production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Enter labor hours and production data into ERP systems (currently SAP), as applicable.
Conduct product inspections and testing to verify compliance with quality standards.
Support daily housekeeping activities and 5S initiatives to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Participate in and drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas in safe operating condition.
🎯 What We're Looking For
Experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, or related industrial environments.
Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with precision and consistency.
Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for detailed assembly work.
Basic ability to read and understand assembly drawings, layouts, and work instructions.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment.
Experience working with ERP systems, such as SAP, is preferred.
Commitment to workplace safety, product quality, and continuous improvement.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.

The estimated pay range for this position is $20/hr. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location.
