Technical Electrical Fellow:

Estimated annual base pay: $167,000 (Minimum) - $204,000 (Midpoint) - $243,000 (Maximum)

Senior Technical Electrical Fellow:

Estimated annual base pay: $193,000 (Minimum) - $232,000 (Midpoint) - $270,000 (Maximum)

Technical Electrical Fellow:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Technical Innovation: Develops and implements advanced electrical technologies to enhance product offerings and maintain industry leadership.

  • Drive Strategic Programs: Oversees and manages high visibility initiatives that align with the company's long term strategic goals.

  • Shape Product Development: Collaborates with cross functional teams to design and develop innovative electrical products and solutions.

  • Resolve Complex Issues: Identifies and solves the most challenging technical problems, proposing innovative solutions to guide business strategy.

  • Influence Stakeholder Decisions: Engages with senior leaders and external partners to negotiate and influence critical business decisions.

Senior Technical Electrical Fellow:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Technology Strategy: Develops and executes technology strategies for high impact electric motor and motor control projects, aligning with Woodward’s strategic objectives.

  • Innovate Engineering Solutions: Designs and implements electrical motor and motor control engineering solutions that address complex technical challenges and drive industry advancements.

  • Influence Business Direction: Collaborates with senior executives and external stakeholders to shape business strategies and make informed, strategic decisions. Develops significant and integrated system proposals.

  • Mentor Technical Teams: Provides thought leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering expertise and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Drive Strategic Initiatives: Leads highly visible programs and initiatives that advance Woodward’s technological capabilities and enhance its competitive position in the industry. Identifies new areas of research and applications.
