Remote Digital Transformation Director

We are looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Director to lead strategic technology and business transformation initiatives across the organization. This role will work closely with executive leadership, business teams, and technology stakeholders to improve processes, modernize systems, and drive the successful adoption of digital solutions.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to turn business objectives into practical technology and transformation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's digital transformation strategy and roadmap.
• Lead large-scale technology, process, and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for digital innovation and operational improvement.
• Evaluate existing systems, processes, and technologies and recommend modernization opportunities.
• Lead the implementation and adoption of new digital platforms, applications, and technologies.
• Oversee cross-functional transformation teams, budgets, timelines, and project priorities.
• Establish KPIs and performance measures to track transformation progress and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology leadership, enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or a related area.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, data and analytics, automation, AI, cybersecurity, and modern enterprise platforms.
• Excellent project, program, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
