About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Sr. Specialist, Transformation for the global Salesforce Innovation Center will sit on the SIC Global Programs & Operations team and play a key role in advancing the ongoing technology transformation of the SIC program, with a primary focus on the Feature and Enhancement lifecycle of our existing technologies (Salesforce and Slack). This position owns the day-to-day relationship with IT, ensuring that feature requests, bugs, and enhancements move efficiently from intake through delivery, while also acting as a conduit between the business and IT - translating field and regional team needs into clear requirements, and translating IT progress and constraints back to the business in a way that's actionable and easy to understand.

This position requires strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to build trusted working relationships with IT partners, SIC regional teams, and GPO leadership. You will help keep the Feature and Enhancement backlog moving, ensure transparency on status and timelines, and contribute to the broader transformation of SIC technology and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day relationship with IT on behalf of the SIC program, serving as the primary point of contact for Feature and Enhancement requests.
  • Manage the intake, prioritization, and tracking of Feature and Enhancement requests, ensuring requests are well-documented, correctly scoped, and routed to the right IT teams.
  • Act as a conduit between the business and IT - gathering requirements from SIC regional teams and leadership, and translating IT updates, timelines, and constraints back to the business in clear, actionable terms.
  • Partner with IT to monitor progress on in-flight enhancements, proactively flagging risks, delays, or scope changes to stakeholders.
  • Support the Global Programs and Operations team in designing and implementing global processes tied to SIC technology, coordinating with internal teams to ensure alignment and operational efficiency across global SIC Centers.
  • Maintain clear documentation of the Feature and Enhancement pipeline, including status reporting, prioritization rationale, and release notes for SIC stakeholders.
  • Help drive consistency in how feature requests are captured, evaluated, and communicated across global SIC Centers.
  • Contribute to enablement materials and communications that help regional SIC teams understand new features, enhancements, and process changes as they roll out.
  • Exceptional documentation and communication skills, with the ability to create clear, structured status updates and process guides that keep both IT and business stakeholders aligned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in program management, business operations, technical program coordination, or a similar role within a global organization.
  • Experience working with or alongside IT teams on feature/enhancement requests, ticketing, or technology delivery processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple requests and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of translating between technical and business audiences.
  • Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive requests to resolution.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to new challenges and shifting priorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms.
  • Familiarity with case/ticket management systems and feature request intake processes (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud, Jira, or similar).
  • Experience working in a global role or coordinating across regional teams.
  • Understanding of Salesforce corporate strategy and the SIC program's operating model.
  • Familiarity with Slack platform capabilities (canvas, workflows) as they relate to tracking and communicating status.
