As demand for modern logistics facilities continues to grow, we are expanding our Project Management team to support a robust development pipeline.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Planning & Design / Construction Management professional to join our Project Management team.
This role will be responsible for planning and design during project inception and driving construction management throughout development projects from an owner's perspective. The successful candidate will help deliver next-generation logistics facilities that serve as critical infrastructure supporting Japan's economy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and design activities for new development projects.
- Manage and oversee design and construction processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop project specifications and design standards for both individual projects and broader portfolio initiatives.
- Evaluate, introduce, and promote innovative technologies and construction solutions.
- Support development planning through coordination with government authorities, customers, consultants, and construction partners.
- Collaborate closely with internal project management, engineering, investment, and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
Required
- Experience in architectural design, planning and design, or related real estate development functions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage external consultants, architects, general contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Strong project leadership skills with the ability to establish direction, solve problems, and drive execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred
- Experience in real estate development project management.
- Experience delivering large-scale development projects.
- Experience introducing innovative design, construction, or urban development concepts.
- Licensed Architect qualification or equivalent professional credentials.
