Three full-time opportunities | Sydney | BOQ Finance
About the Role
We have three exciting opportunities to join BOQ Finance as a Customer & Partner Services Officer in our Sydney-based team. Working across both Novated Leasing and Asset Finance, you will support our partners and customers throughout the application journey, helping enquiries and requests progress accurately, efficiently and within agreed timeframes.
This is a varied, fast-moving role where you will manage multiple workflows across shared inboxes and telephone channels. Your responsibilities will include responding to partner enquiries, investigating application issues, supporting loan processing and documentation, coordinating settlement preparation, completing pre-settlement checks and assisting with ongoing requests such as rate changes, credit references, employment checks and user access. You will work closely with our internal distribution, risk, compliance, operations and settlements teams, as well as our external partners.
You do not need to bring an extensive technical background to be successful. We are looking for people who are motivated to learn, take ownership of their work and contribute positively to a collaborative team. You will receive exposure to both Novated Leasing and Asset Finance, so being adaptable and comfortable moving between different types of work will be important.
To provide consistent team coverage, these full-time roles operate across an alternating roster between 7.00 am and 7.00 pm, including every third Saturday. Flexibility to work across these hours is an essential requirement of the position.
About You
You are motivated, reliable and ready to contribute to a role where accuracy, organisation and customer service matter. You take pride in getting the details right, can follow structured processes and remain focused while balancing multiple workflows and changing priorities. You communicate clearly, approach problems with a practical and solutions-focused mindset and understand the importance of taking ownership through to resolution.
You will enjoy working collaboratively and building effective relationships with colleagues and partners, while also being confident managing your own workload. A risk-aware and responsible approach will help you navigate process requirements and deliver consistently high-quality outcomes. Previous experience in banking operations or financial services would be helpful, but it is not essential. More important is your willingness to learn, attention to detail, accountability and commitment to supporting the team.
