The Support role is to administer, maintain and/or implementation of any IT related projects and to ensure the network environment is highly available. The role requires co-working closely with the local and regional Infrastructure and other co-team members. Additional responsibilities could be assigned as deemed necessary.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Good knowledge of banking and/or private banking domains would be advantageous. Below are the key areas –

• IT Infrastructure Operational Management – Establish and maintain standards, processes, and procedures supporting ongoing functions on IT network, storage, telecommunications and desktop components.

• Maturity Initiatives – Identify and establish methods to support any incident that might incur and resolve promptly. Required to follow ITIL standards on release and service delivery. Maintain continuous programs to ensure End-of-Life Cycle products are to capture and renew based on the global guidelines.

• Incident Coordination – Ensure proper handling and communication of service disruptions towards end-users and escalations.

• Server/Hub/AV Rooms Management – Responsible for overall management of Server/Hub/AV room location, including environmental duties.

• Project Management – Support and assist any infrastructure projects related to IT.  This includes on communicating to the cross-team and making arrangement on the different project phrases.

• Other Duties as Assigned:  Perform other duties as assigned.

YOUR PROFILE

Professional and Technical

• Minimum Qualifications:  At least 3 years of combined IT and Daily Operations on network with a broad range of exposure to systems management and administration functions.
• Additional certifications in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
• Familiarity and knowledge of current technology used within financial organizations including infrastructure, commercial and Intra/Internet products
• Be able to take-up large amounts of documentations and translate into a simpler form
• Working knowledge of IT organizations and Server Rooms, specifically understanding system production controls processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrates initiative, ability to work under pressure and consistently meet work deadlines
• Process oriented, eye for details, meticulous
