Sustainable Talent is partnering with NVIDIA, a global leader that has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for over 25 years. We are looking for a Lab Capacity Reservations Coordinator to support our client's System Products Team.
This is a full-time (W-2) contract role based in Santa Clara, CA. We offer competitive pay $30/hr - $45/hr based on factors like experience, education, location, etc. and provide full benefits, PTO, and amazing company culture!
This role will engage with cross-functional partners to identify project requirements and manage lab scheduling workflows, optimizing resource utilization and operational efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity to work on some of the most innovative technology and help to drive the innovation of our future labs that will be used by engineers to develop our next generation datacenter products. The new lab team member will work closely with cross-functional engineering groups to collect and understand their requirements for benches, racks, power, air-cooling, liquid-cooling, networking and site logistics. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Work with groups of lab users to understand their requirements are accurately received.
- Facilitate matching of the lab use demand to reservations of suitable lab facilities
- Help users ensure facility readiness by confirming lab infrastructure needs and ensuring equipment is be ordered and deployed in the labs in time for lab users.
- Maintain up to date records on how lab capacity is being used. Publish meeting notes and status of lab utilization.
- Collaborate with lab users to follow our lab policies.
WHAT WE NEED TO SEE:
- Diploma/Certification, Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in coordinating diverse activities using shared resources.
- Ability to work concurrently with multiple groups and projects in the organization.
- Good attention to detail, as well as strong teamwork and communications.
- Must have an established background in delivering consumer-facing solutions, strong technical skills, data driven mentality, excellent project management skills, phenomenal interpersonal skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal customers.
WAYS TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD:
- Familiarity with NVIDIA's product ecosystem.
- Experience with engineering lab environments for product bring up and development.
- Knowledge of system liquid-cooling concepts and implementation.
