Support the Director of Restaurants & Bars in managing daily operations of the Lounge outlet.
Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.
Supervise and train staff to deliver outstanding service.
Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
Oversee inventory management and cost control.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Assist in driving sales and promoting the restaurant.
What you bring:
Previous working experience in similar role or management level is preferred.
Proven experience in restaurant or lounge management.
Exposed to Michelin Star restaurant is an advantage.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in at least two international languages.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
