Seymour Veterinary Clinic, a full-service companion animal focused general practice, was established in 1977 in Seymour, Tennessee, just outside of Knoxville. Seymour offers a variety of capabilities and equipment to provide the best possible care for its patients. Its veterinary team has an extensive interest in dental services, orthopedics, oncology, and dermatology. The practice offers digital x-ray and dental x-ray equipment as well as ultrasound and an in house lab. Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in veterinary medicine. This full-time position requires a kind, friendly, and outgoing individual who can lead our customer service team effectively. The role offers a competitive salary of $19-$21 per hour, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical and 401k.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure high-quality client interactions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently and courteously.
- Train, mentor, and support team members to achieve performance goals.
- Coordinate with veterinary staff to schedule appointments and manage client records.
- Maintain a friendly and professional environment for both clients and staff.
- Implement and improve customer service procedures and policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in veterinary medicine customer service.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and positive attitude.
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or veterinary assistance are a plus.
