About the role

Reporting to the FBT Process Implementation Manager, providing strategic and operational analytical support for ESA Fleet organization. Designing, developing and maintaining Reporting_PowerBI solutions to meet the data visualization and analysis needs of sales and FBT customer organization.

In this role You will

  • Adhering with the tasks outlined in the EMS/QMS Systems of GBS Europe
  • Producing core performance data and reports for key stakeholders to an agreed schedule, including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business, sales, performance, and adherence report. Provision of ad-hoc reports and analysis as required and ensuring reports are produced to a high standard.
  • Preparing management information and reports for performance board and senior management committees and meetings. Participate on these performance evaluations, business conversations. Represents the teams and flags and raises any positive and negative trends in the performance. Suggests mitigation or extension plans.
  • Leading the delivery of improvements in performance Ml and KPls and providing inputs into the development of annual plans for Fleet M&C EU and FBT Customer Fuels Operations and enabling functions
  • Carry out ad-hoc studies and analysis to support specific initiatives.
  • To track core performance metrics and develop recommendations and actions to drive performance improvements.
  • Develop, maintain, and adjust standardized reports where possible to achieve consistency and efficiency
  • Finding opportunities for continuous improvement within the Fleet Reporting Team, and driving the implementation of these changes
  • Maintaining a good working relationship with the data sources across the organization both internally and externally
  • Manage deadlines and ensure that all activities in the related field, that directly affect internal or external customer relationships or the outputs of the FBT Europe Customer Fuels Operations teams and Fleet M&C Europe are of the highest quality.
  • Being a high contributor and a local leader of the global community of reporting tools (like SAP Business Objects, MS Power Bl) and Data Warehouse / Data Lake initiatives; be a main contributor for transformation, standardization and simplification changes, initiatives
  • Initiate, drive analysis, present the Ml results to the operational and business stakeholders and suggest improvement areas or adherence and performance issues.
  • Be one of the SPOCs and main contributors when coming to new projects and team participation.
  • Transform raw data into meaningful insights through the creation of charts, graphs, maps, and other visualizations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You will need to be successful

  • University degree in Engineering / Management / Data Analytics (or equivalent).
  • Several years of experience in Data Analyst/Reporting Roles
  • PowerBI knowledge is mandatory
  • DAX, SQL and data modeling, Power Query M knowledge is mandatory ·
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with technology staff and business stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Stakeholder management and project management skills
  • Proven track record in delivering innovative technological solutions.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal direction within a clear framework of accountability. Takes initiative, follows work plans, and monitors progress against objectives.
  • Experience working with remote stakeholders and teams, including managed service providers.
  • Demonstrated quantitative, analytical, testing, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft environment: MS365, Azure, Power BI, Fabric, Power Query, Power Automate.
  • Advanced Excel skills (macro writing ability – VBA is an advantage)
  • Ability to adapt to new challenges and learn new techniques rapidly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce and SAP modules.
  • A passion for continuous learning and skill improvement.
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with technologies across all data lifecycle stages.
