Are you passionate about IT operations, infrastructure monitoring, and problem-solving in complex global environments? We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Operations Analyst (m/f/d) to join our IT Operations Center team and play a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our technology landscape.
In this role, you will monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and security-related issues across both on-premises and cloud environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to automation initiatives, and help drive continuous operational improvements while supporting the growth and development of junior team members.
Main responsibilities:
- Monitor and support enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud-based environments.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve security, system, platform, network, and infrastructure alerts related to performance, availability, and capacity.
- Investigate incidents using monitoring and diagnostic tools, identify root causes, and resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate support teams.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, and external partners to address operational and security-related incidents.
- Identify patterns and trends in system, network, and security alerts and contribute to proactive improvements and prevention measures.
- Track, document, and communicate incident resolution activities while ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline recurring operational tasks and improve efficiency.
- Leverage AI-powered technologies and automation tools to enhance monitoring, incident analysis, and operational workflows.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in specific operational or infrastructure domains when required.
Qualifications:
- Experience supporting IT infrastructure operations in enterprise environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across systems, networks, platforms, and security technologies.
- Understanding of both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure environments.
- Experience working with monitoring, alerting, and incident management tools.
- Knowledge of IT operational processes, change management, and service management best practices.
- Experience with scripting, automation, or operational efficiency tools is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled operational tools and technologies is an advantage.
