What You'll Work On
You'll diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair compact and heavy construction equipment using manufacturer diagnostic tools, technical resources, and your own mechanical ability.
You'll work with diesel and gas engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, drivetrains, attachments, and other equipment systems.
The work ranges from preventive maintenance and inspections to electrical and hydraulic diagnostics and major repairs.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for technicians who enjoy figuring out why something isn't working and how to fix it.
Previous equipment experience is great, but it doesn't have to be Bobcat or XCMG.
Experience with CAT, John Deere, Case, Komatsu, Volvo, Kubota, Takeuchi, heavy trucks, agriculture, automotive, powersports, or similar mechanical equipment can translate well into this position.
A technical degree is a plus, but real-world mechanical experience matters too.
We're looking for someone who can work independently, troubleshoot problems, use diagnostic equipment, document repairs, and take pride in doing quality work.
Build Your Career With Sanco Equipment
You'll have access to manufacturer training, diagnostic tools, technical resources, performance incentives, and opportunities to continue advancing your career.
Whether you're an experienced equipment technician looking for a change or a strong mechanic ready to move into construction equipment, we'd like to talk.
