Description
As an Intelligence Capabilities PM Support , you will be responsible for assisting the Air Force Special Programs Office. You will support the management and execution of programs consisting of multiple projects in a highly dynamic Intelligence Capabilities Acquisition environment. Ensures overall program is properly coordinated and efficiently accomplished with the best available resources. Primary Responsibilities Assist in all phases of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to verify program needs are identified to meet project goals. Assess the technical sufficiency, cost, quality, and timely delivery of program deliverables. Ensure overall program is properly coordinated and efficiently accomplished with the best available resources. Develop reports and presentations for program leadership to optimize the ongoing and future USAF strategic, development planning, and support. Coordinate and deliver briefings conveying programs vision, strategy, plans, schedule, budget requirements to OSD and DAF leadership, Joint Services, DoD agencies, congressional members and staffers Coordinate with the OSD and SAF/AQ staffs and leadership. Participate in related team planning, working groups, and offsite meetings. Required: 10+ years of relevant Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC), work experience with no less than two (2) total years of experience in a SAP environment OSD Staff Level Experience within the last 2 years. Intelligence Community experience within the last 2 years. Proven experience working in a high-paced, demanding environment, with extreme organization skills and attention to detail. Develop briefings and reports accurately, summarizing program performance or addressing key issues for senior DAF and OSD leadership, and other DoD offices. Recent experience with the PPBE process (specifically POM/IPBS). Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Project, Word, etc.) Experience working with Office of the Director of National Intelligence and DoD/IC elements Recent Pentagon experience staffing packages Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field. Clearance Requirements: Current/active Top Secret/SCI; Current or recent DoD SAP access Subject to a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph The pay range for this position is $180,000/year to $220,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors.
