## Job Summary
Eaton’s ES AMER is currently seeking a Network Scheduler (IBP 1).This role is key in the integrated, intelligent and agile supply chain organization, focusing on the 0-3 months execution horizon, owning short term product availabiltiy and exception management for FG & semi-finished goods for their value stream across markets where there is an imbalance between supply and demand.
The Supply Chain Network Scheduler is the primary face of supply for a given value stream, owning capacity & material constraint escalations by leveragin scenario planning and ensuring collaboration between demand and supply stakeholders.
## Job Responsibilities
1.Planning & Scheduling: Develop timely and accurate plans for finished products withing a 0-12 week horizon. Create the Master Production Schedule (MPS). Coordinate a team of CoE resources (buyers, planners, production schedulers) to deliver the MPS plan. Ensure a feasible plan to minimize demand at risk and maximize customer experience.
2\. Exception & Risk management: manage all exception in the short term horizon, identifying root causes and driving corrective/preventive actions. Own escalations and resolve them in a collaboration with material planners, buyers, and production schedulers. Ensure capacity shortages are addressed or escalated. Evaluate and communicate the impact of material exceptions on the short term finished goods plan.
3.Collaboration & communication: collaborate accross the Eaton network and with external vendors to resolve issues. Act as primary point of contact for product availability in ther value stream. Stay close to demand and information to react quickly to changes. Participate in decisions regarding the movement of slow moving inventory.
4.Performance monitoring & continuous improvement: interface with operations to drive schedule adherence. Monitor customer on time service levels andn inventory exceptions. Report and analyze key performance indicators to improve cash, cost, and customer service. Conduct periodic audits of planning parameters and ensure ERP udaptes as needed.
## Qualifications:
Education level required
Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical), Business Administration / International Business, Finance, or similar fields
Master degree in Supply Chain as a prefer
Years and area of experience required
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain (including materials management, inventory management, demand planning, supply planning, procurement, SIOP, etc)
Technical knowledge
Bilingual: English/Spanish
Advanced MS Office. Prefer: PBI
MRP experience including Mapics, Oracle, Kinaxis
APICS CPIM certification as a plus
Soft skills
