You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a Seasonal Full-Time Escalations Associate! As an Escalations Associate, you will be part of a collaborative team that plays a key role in supporting the customer experience. You’ll work closely with stores, distribution centers, customer care teams, and delivery partners to investigate and resolve escalated customer concerns. Your ability to communicate effectively, think critically, and deliver solutions will help create positive outcomes for customers and internal partners.
Availability Requirements
Monday to Saturday: various shifts
This is a seasonal full-time position

What you’ll do as an Escalations Associate
Investigate and resolve escalated customer concerns within established service standards
Work directly with stores, distribution centers, customer care teams, and delivery partners to identify and resolve complex issues
Provide timely and accurate updates to customers and internal partners regarding case status and resolution plans
Analyze root causes of escalations and recommend appropriate solutions
Support the resolution of pre- and post-delivery issues, including order discrepancies and inventory-related concerns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintain detailed and accurate case records with strong attention to detail
Handle sensitive customer information while strictly adhering to privacy and security standards
Deliver exceptional customer service by balancing empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills
What we’re looking for
Minimum 2 years of administrative or case management experience in a fast-paced environment
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience handling complex customer concerns
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy in documentation and data entry
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, and other Windows applications
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
A positive attitude, professional approach, and commitment to teamwork
