MEDICAL ASSISTANT-SENATOBIA CLINIC

Highland Hills Medical Associates seeks a Medical Assistant for their Clinic located inside the Highland Hills Medical Center (hospital) in Senatobia. Under the direct supervision of the Clinic Manager, the Medical Assistant is responsible for performing all routine nursing care as directed by providers. Assists with other duties necessary to the efficient functioning of the office, such as triage and diagnostic procedures. In addition, the Medical Assistant ensures efficient services for the providers and quality service to the patients in adherence with expectations set by Highland Hills Medical Associates and Highland Hills Medical Center leadership.

This is a PRN position and does not include hospital benefits. The chosen applicant may participate in the hospital's retirement fund. 

Regulatory: Requirements:        

• Certification from an accredited medical assistant program.

• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to plan, schedule, prioritize and complete multiple tasks and demands.

• Current BLS certification.
