Description

Are you a tech-savvy analytical thinker who excels at bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions? Do you want to be a driving force behind a future-proof, global eCommerce integration platform (API, EDI,  Flat file sharing, Punchout..) that drives TVH growth?

As a Global Integration Platform Business Analyst, you will join our dynamic Exchange Team within the eCommerce department. Your mission will be to simplify, harmonize, and standardize the way TVH shares product, pricing, and transactional data with software vendors, global partners, and customers worldwide. By defining roadmaps, translating integration requests into actionable tickets, and managing cross-functional dependencies, you will directly de-risk and fuel our top-line revenue strategy: "Our Parts, Your System, Connected."

Your role and responsibilities

Your role covers critical areas spanning strategic alignment, requirement engineering, and stakeholder coordination:

  • Roadmap Execution: Execute product roadmaps. Define functional scopes, dependencies, sequencing, and business cases using industry-standard PM/BA methodologies, and confidently defend trade-offs in steering forums.

  • Business Analysis & Requirement Engineering: Proactively gather, analyze, and translate diverse integration tech requests from commercial teams, customers, and third-party software providers into actionable IT development and data tickets. Conduct deep-dive feasibility analyses for complex requests falling outside our established framework boundaries.

  • Strategic Project Delivery & Closure: Ensure final platform products satisfying defined business requirements and core strategic targets. Orchestrate functional exposure to partners and lead seamless operational handovers (inclusive of complete documentation and knowledge transfer) to Integration Specialists and Experts.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment: Map and manage stakeholder needs, operational bottlenecks, and technical concerns. Translate these insights into clear business logic decisions while keeping global parties (from Waregem HQ to regional commercial teams and development centers) fully aligned through transparent communication.

  • Continuous Improvement: Perform rigorous root-cause analysis for high-impact or recurrent operational blocks. Proactively propose, design, and implement long-term structural process improvements across the Exchange domain to eliminate recurring issues, frictions and optimize efficiency.

  • Change Management: Capture cross-functional stakeholder impacts and champion change management, ensuring internal teams and external customers are fully prepared for system migrations and platform updates.

How to succeed / Your profile

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Solution Architect, preferably working on global enterprise integrations, REST APIs, or cloud platforms.

  • Skills: Background in requirements engineering, data modeling, and process formalization. Familiarity with iPaaS platforms (e.g., Boomi), data warehousing (BigQuery), and Agile frameworks (Jira/Confluence) is highly valued.

  • Enthusiastic Innovator: A strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (GenAI/Large Language Models) to assist in designing tomorrow's self-service developer portals and agentic support tools.

  • Communication: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. You excel as a liaison between commercial business developers and technical engineering teams.

  • Language: Fluency in English is mandatory. Strong localized language capabilities corresponding to our core European clusters (e.g., Dutch or French) are an asset.
