About the Role

Due to continued business growth, we are looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join our IBM team supporting the Eastern European market at Arrow ECS in Gdańsk.
 

As a Sales Operations Associate, you will work closely with our internal sales teams, vendor representatives, and reseller partners across the Eastern region. You will play a key role in supporting sales operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient order processing from customer order through to invoicing.
 

This position offers an excellent opportunity to build your expertise in the IT distribution industry while working in a dynamic international environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Providing professional customer support primarily via email.
• Managing the order lifecycle from customer order receipt to invoicing.
• Supporting internal sales teams with operational and administrative activities.
• Working closely with resellers and vendor representatives across Eastern Europe.
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance in order processing and data management.
• Coordinating with internal departments to resolve customer and operational issues.
• Maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.
• Supporting continuous improvement of sales and operational processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical or business-related education.
• Previous experience in sales operations, customer service, order management, or a sales support environment.
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX or another ERP/order management system.
