Job Description:

As a Regional Dedicated Service Director (RDSD) you will be the main point of contact for Bank of America’s regional customers. The primary functions of this role are to provide client support with regional coordination of client requests, relationship management, incident management and market/product inquiries across the region. This role will be supporting top tier regional clients, which will require outstanding customer service to enhance the overall relationship.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate with in-country Dedicated Services Director to deliver treasury and cash management solutions to assigned regional clients.
- Lead or participate in cross countries client request/service requirement, taking ownership and deliver the execution across the region. Attending conference calls after office hours may be required.
- Cross-selling the Bank’s products and services to general sales/referrals.
- Harness the Bank’s varied resources and work within internal partners to deliver exceptional and pro-active service to clients regionally.
- Driving efficiencies and managing risk across all areas of responsibility.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal partners across Corporate Banking, Sales, Product, Operations, Service and Tech:
- Partner with clients and Sales teams for business meetings.
- Support Sales in identifying and developing additional business opportunities to deepen client relationships.
- Participate in RFP processes and pre-implementation activities to ensure seamless onboarding and solution delivery..
- Act as the key escalation point for regional clients, driving accountability and resolution of critical service matters.
- Deliver proactive, value-added servicing and advisory support to enhance the overall client experience.
- Lead service reviews and performance discussions with clients, leveraging insights and metrics to drive service excellence.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify, resolve, and prevent complex service issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure full compliance of all applicable laws, regulations, credit, KYC/AML policies and exercise appropriate delegated authority.
- Support strategic business initiatives, change programs, and regional projects as directed by the Head of Client Services.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support business priorities and organizational objectives.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance or Business Management.
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience in area of Client Services in the bank with an emphasis in delivery of treasury and cash management solutions for corporate, financial institution and non-bank financial institution client.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels to drive alignment and achieve shared objectives.
- A track record gained through operational experience within the payment, trade, or treasury environment.
- Experience in working in Asia/Global environment with impeccable attention to detail and high focus on quality of work.
- Good knowledge of all bank systems, products and web-based electronic banking platforms.
- A good understanding of in-country banking system, account and liquidity structures, as well as payment delivery system.
- Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency preferred.
- Good application software skills : Words, Excel, Powerpoint and other workplace tools.
