Position: Senior Power BI Developer 

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business needs.
• Take ownership of reporting projects from requirements gathering to delivery.
• Build and optimize data models (star schema, relationships, measures).
  Develop advanced calculations using DAX.
• Perform data transformation and preparation using Power Query (M).
• Ensure performance optimization and scalability of reports and datasets.
• Define and implement data visualization best practices (UX/UI, storytelling).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dashboards, data models, and refresh processes.
• Participate in documentation, knowledge sharing, and improvement of BI standards.

Requirements


• 3–6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (Desktop & Service).
• Advanced knowledge of DAX and data modeling concepts (star schema, relationships, measures).
• Experience with Power Query (M) for data transformation.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end BI solutions independently.
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization in Power BI.
• Familiarity with data governance and security.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
