Position Description:
The Senior Directorate Management Liaison serves as a primary coordination and communication interface between AFRL/RF Directorate leadership and internal and external organizations. The position provides senior-level executive operations, strategic planning, protocol, workflow, communications, and organizational coordination support to ensure Directorate activities and leadership priorities are effectively synchronized.

Responsibilities and/or Success Factors:
- Serve as a primary interface between Directorate leadership and organizational units.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office Group leadership and the Executive Officer to synchronize Directorate activities.
- Manage and update AFRL corporate and Sensors Directorate calendars.
- Support preparation and distribution of Directorate communications, including the "Daily Distilled" bulletin.
- Lead coordination of Distinguished Visitor, Congressional Delegation, Scientific Advisory Board, staffer, and other senior-level visits.
- Develop comprehensive itineraries and coordinate protocol, meals, logistics, briefings, deliverables, and execution requirements.
- Coordinate with Division Chiefs and other senior stakeholders to obtain required materials and prepare leadership for engagements.
- Plan quarterly Director's Calls and support agenda development, presentations, correspondence, documentation, and scripts.
- Support review and editing of Monthly Activity Reports.
- Maintain organizational charts, mission briefings, executive content, and other Directorate-level information products.
- Oversee workflow/tasker management, including receipt, dissemination, tracking, suspense management, and closure.
- Coordinate OPR/OCR assignments with Directorate leadership.
- Monitor executive communications during leadership absences and coordinate complex domestic and international visits with the AFRL Commander's Action Group.
Minimum Qualifications Including Certificates:
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- 7-10 years' Experience
- Extensive experience supporting senior/executive leadership within a DoD, Air Force, Government, or comparable complex organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in executive operations, strategic coordination, protocol, and organizational workflow management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage high-visibility activities involving senior Government, military, Congressional, and scientific stakeholders.
- Strong judgment, discretion, organization, and ability to perform effectively under competing priorities and short deadlines.
