This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the overall financial health of the dealership.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.Maintain vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies or issues.Prepare and reconcile accounts payable reports.Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits.Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks as required.RequirementsProven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Nice to haveExperience in the automotive industry.Knowledge of additional accounting software.Relevant certifications such as AAT or similar.
