What is the opportunity?
This is a key and strategic operating role that plays a critical part in the achievement of the overall success of RBC’s transformational change efforts. You are required to apply process improvement/optimization disciplines to deliver transformational change and meet RBC’s Client satisfaction, cost, and productivity goals and you are accountable to senior leaders.
What will you do?
- Lead projects that drive organizational efficiencies and productivity gains while simplifying our operations, employee and client experience
- Responsible for enhancing banking operations, addressing business issues, reducing errors and closing gaps
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities, engaging Senior leaders and others to evaluate and prioritize those opportunities
- Support transformational change as well as mobilizing commitment when facing obstacles
- Lead successful business partner presentations, coordinate and facilitate workshops, conduct root cause analyses, identify and implement solutions
- Support Single Service Centres by integrating, coordinating and managing prioritization of initiatives. Track and monitor effectiveness of initiatives via integrated routines across multiple stakeholder groups
- Responsible for delivery of transformational change plans to support the implementation of productivity and quality improvements that are directly aligned with RBC strategy. Identifies and breaks down barriers to project progress
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders and communicate support needs and engage these groups in support of project execution
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- University Degree in Management/Business/Economics/Finance or related discipline or equivalent education/training in a related field
- Ability to work independently and manage numerous priorities simultaneously
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong communication and decision making skills
- Broad, conceptual understanding of RBC banking and the interdependencies of Sales & Service
- Strategic Influencing
Nice to Have
- MBA
- Project Management and Change Management certification
