Mercer Marsh Benefits has an exciting opportunity for a Benefits Administration Specialist who will be responsible for performing centralized tasks supporting country-specific deliverables for large multinational Global Benefits Management (GBM) clients and assisting with any changes or issues that arise.

The Benefits Administration Specialist will collaborate with our GBM, Retirement and Darwin teams (global, regional and local colleagues) to support local Mercer Marsh Benefits country operational needs as well as assist in coordination and tracking of activities aimed at improving current processes.

We will count on you to:
Assist in monitoring local country performance and support issue resolution by by maintaining and coordinating the issue-resolution tracker.
Support evaluation of systems, tools, and processes and provide recommendations for updates and improvements.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration with extended teams to meet client needs and expectations.
Research country requirements, maintain administration delivery accuracy, and track defects through resolution.
Provide administration and analytical support to consultants to ensure policies are administered accurately and timely in line with global and local requirements.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of activities in accordance with agreed standards and procedures.
What you need to have:
BA/BS degree required.
Effective time and project management skills.
Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
1+ years in specific domains of HR administration (Healthcare & Group Benefits) is preferred.
Superior communication and listening skills.
Ability to work within a remote and global team environment.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and deliver workloads.
