Description
Operations Assistant [2624]
The Association seeks a temporary, part-time Operations Assistant to work approximately 20-30 hours per week. This role performs administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and assist with financial management by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
- Create important documents and materials, such as reports, memos, and spreadsheets.
- Maintain digital filing systems and records within SharePoint.
- Draft and edit routine correspondence.
- Assist with the member support process by updating directories and contact databases.
- Coordinate logistics for events and annual meetings.
- Other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work independently.
- Effectively priorities work and meets deadlines.
- Highly organized and task-oriented.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications and QuickBooks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
Rate: $20 to $22 per hour.
