Your mission

Our software breaks new ground in automation and enables companies to rethink automation strategies across both IT and OT. Projects help both our customers and Wandelbots to implement these strategies, continuously evolve Wandelbots products based on customer needs, and build strong partnerships.

As a Project Manager in the Project Team, you are responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of customer projects. You act as the central interface between customers and internal teams such as Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

What you will do: 

• End-to-end project management of customer projects (planning, execution, monitoring, closure)
  • Take full ownership of projects
  • Define project goals, milestones, and deliverables
  • Manage risks and stakeholders
  • Ensure quality, budget, and timelines
  • Continuously improve project processes
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary teams (Software, Robotics, Customer Success)
• Communicate with national and international customers
  • Ensure smooth communication flows
  • Support the development of strong partnerships during project execution
• Plan for a future move into other parts of the Revenue Organization, for example Partner Management or Customer Success 
  • Support Customer Success-led engagements, where customers run their own PoVs
  • Support partner-led engagements, backed by partner enablement activities and workload-offloading targets tied to the project opportunities that Nova releases create

Your profile

Experience & Background

• Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in project management, preferably in a software or tech environment
• Proficiency in applying different project methodologies (from predictive to agile) and tools
• Strong understanding of software products and technical concepts
• Proven experience managing customer projects (B2B)
