What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of warranty and service requests, ensuring timely turnaround, proper classification (warranty vs. billable service), and adherence to SOPs and customer service standards.
• Coordinate scheduling and workload distribution across branches
• Oversee financial aspects including cost tracking, material/labor purchases, invoicing, and payment collection for service work.
• Lead and develop Warranty and Service department including training, performance management, and workload oversight.
• Monitor quality and performance through reporting, vendor/subcontractor coordination, escalation management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

Required:

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in warranty, service operations, customer service, or construction administration within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Airtable, and standard office applications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to manage high-volume cases and handle escalations professionally.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of exterior cladding products (vinyl siding, James Hardie fiber cement) and common installation defects is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in ERP systems required; experience with Sage Intacct, or comparable construction ERP strongly preferred.
