Who You Are

We’re looking for an energetic, results-driven leader who is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and developing high-performing teams. As the Assistant Store Leader, you are a key partner to the Store Leader, helping lead the day-to-day business, drive sales performance, develop talent, and ensure our store consistently delivers the Vow’d experience.

You lead from the floor and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves. You know how to balance hospitality with results, coach in the moment, hold a team accountable, and keep the business moving forward. You’re organized, adaptable, and energized by finding opportunities to make the team and store better.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the bride’s advocate, delivering unique, one-of-a-kind guest experiences and setting the standard for exceptional hospitality
• Partner with the Store Leader to drive store performance, including conversion, AOV, appointment productivity, and overall sales results
• Lead the sales floor and serve as the leader on duty, ensuring the team is positioned for success throughout the day
• Coach stylists through real-time feedback, appointment observations, and ongoing development to strengthen selling behaviors and guest experience
• Help establish clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable to individual and store goals
• Champion product knowledge and styling education, ensuring the team is confident in the assortment and equipped to convert guests
• Support the Store Leader in developing a strong bench of talent through recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and ongoing development
• Help manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling needs, appointment flow, operational standards, and store communication
• Maintain a strong understanding of store KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance
• Ensure visual merchandising, product presentation, and overall store standards consistently reflect the Vow’d brand
• Support inventory organization, product integrity, and operational accuracy throughout the store
• Partner with the Store Leader to create a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture
• Take ownership of the business in the Store Leader’s absence, making thoughtful decisions and ensuring consistent execution of store priorities
• Deliver innovative ideas and outreach strategies to grow brand awareness, strengthen community relationships, and generate appointments
• Support local events, partnerships, and community outreach that bring the Vow’d brand to life

Your Experience

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak business periods
• Previous leadership experience required
• Experience coaching or developing a team
• Previous retail, hospitality, bridal, or elevated service experience
• Experience working in a sales-driven environment and achieving measurable goals preferred
