Application Engineer-Guangzhou/Chengdu/Wuxi/Wuhan-Y2027 Graduate

主要职责：

• 深入挖掘客户现场的技术挑战与业务需求，理解客户业务驱动因素，并能够将业务需求转化为可落地的技术解决方案。

• 负责复杂应用项目的技术推进，与研发、产品、服务及客户团队协同合作，确保项目目标和服务 KPI 达成。

• 支持客户现场评估（Evaluation）和技术演示（Demo），推动项目顺利实施并实现预期成果。

• 主导解决方案开发、验证及落地，实现客户价值，持续跟踪项目进展，确保高质量交付。

• 开发和优化应用方法，提升系统性能，满足客户特定工艺及生产需求。

• 推动新产品能力和最佳实践向客户支持团队转移，加速新技术落地应用。

• 参与客户技术评审及业务交流，建立可信赖的技术合作关系。

岗位要求：

• 2027届硕士及以上学历，微电子、物理、化学、材料科学

• 具备优秀的团队合作精神和快速学习能力，能够适应快速发展的技术环境

• 具备良好的英语沟通与技术展示能力，能够与全球团队及客户进行高效交流

• 能适应最高 30% 的国内外出差需求
