Why This Role Matters
As a Customer Service Manager, you will play a key role in fostering exceptional customer satisfaction by ensuring responsive, efficient, and solution-oriented service while building strong, trusted customer relationships. You'll manage a dynamic team, fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and a culture of high performance.
What You'll Do
Design, implement, and continuously improve customer service and supply chain processes aligned with company strategy and EMEA standards to enhance operational effectiveness and collaboration.
Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships across the Cluster Supply Chain, Regional Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams through open communication and knowledge sharing to support informed decision-making.
Lead, coach, and empower team members by creating a supportive, inclusive environment that encourages professional growth, engagement, and high performance.
Lead and contribute to regional and local supply chain and cross-functional projects, ensuring effective collaboration and successful delivery in line with Goodyear's global standards.
Stay informed about the broader business landscape, proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and encourage a culture of innovation, learning, and shared success.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; master’s degree is a plus.
At least 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in Supply Chain Operations or Customer Service.
Experience working in multinational and English-speaking environments.
Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
Fluent in Turkish and English
