- Performs direct-to-consumer sales duties for phone-in and walk-in customers and manages store displays.
- Manages the Drive Thru operations and/or Customer Relations, where applicable (supervisory duties).
- Support the Store Manager in the management of staff and daily operations of the store.
- Make bottled water and/or salt deliveries, as required or assigned.

- Effectively communicates information and responds to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Able to successfully resolve problems involving service, deliveries, or water treatment systems performance.
- Plans the time, method, manner, and/or performance sequence of own work; may also occasionally assist in planning work assignments performed by others within a limited area of operation.
- Reads and understands documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and
- procedure manuals.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
- One to two years of relevant experience/education in sales, customer service, or a related field (required).
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history (required).
