Associate Veterinarian – Small Animal Practice – St. Louis, MO
A growing veterinary practice is seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced veterinarian who values quality patient care, professional autonomy, and a collaborative environment.
Responsbilities
- RProvide high-quality medical care to patients
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of veterinary cases
- Develop appropriate treatment plans and communicate recommendations clearly with clients
- Work collaboratively with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
- Support a positive, team-oriented practice culture
- Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of patient care and client service
Qualifications
- DVM/VMD or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary program
- Active veterinary license or eligibility for licensure
- 5+ years of veterinary experience
- Current DEA license and USDA accreditation, or ability to obtain
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Compassionate, team-oriented approach to patient care
- Leadership experience and willingness to support and mentor other veterinary team members
