HEALTHCARE Market Director IT&S

Our client, a 150+ bed hospital in beautiful, sunny Northwestern AZ has an opening for a Market Director of IT&S to join their team. Candidates MUST have at least 3 years of healthcare and multi-site environments to be considered.

• Provides strategic leadership and oversight for Information Technology & Services (IT&S) across the assigned market.
• Aligns market IT operations with enterprise strategies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Ensures reliable, secure, and efficient technology solutions that support clinical, operational, and business objectives across multiple facilities.
• Partners with system IT leadership, market/facility executives, and cross-functional teams to drive innovation, performance improvement, and data-informed decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across clinical, operational, and enterprise teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field required, or 7+ years of direct experience
• At least 3 years in healthcare and multi-site or enterprise environments

Preferred:

• Demonstrated experience with hospital IT operations, EHR systems, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and project management.
• Experience with multi-site hospital IT operations preferred.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in healthcare IT.
• Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and IT staff development.
