About the job
Based at Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong within Rooms Division in Hong Kong, the Room Attendant will be responsible in ensuring the comfort of all in-house guests as established by hotel procedures and standard. The Room Attendant reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
As Room Attendant, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Clean the guest rooms in accordance with established procedures and quality standards
Report any maintenance issues promptly and respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner
Maintain the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms at all times
Perform other duties as assigned by the department head
As Room Attendant, we expect from you:
Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in hospitality industry
Pleasant, friendly and motivational with enthusiastic character
