Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall control, precision, and reliability of testing activities by integrating advanced quality methodologies and tools. The position requires driving the adoption of innovative and intelligent testing strategies that leverage automation to predict and address potential issues proactively. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and transformation of testing into a robust end-to-end function is a key aspect of the daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices in test automation to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with overall project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop predictive testing models.
- Familiarity with quality engineering tools and methodologies to improve testing accuracy and integrity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate within the testing domain.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
