Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. - Applies nursing process to direct patient care through assessment, analysis of collected data, development of a plan of care, and implementation and evaluation of effectiveness of nursing interventions/actions in relation to intended goal.
- Provides adequate information and instruction to the patient, family and significant other.
- Observes, collects, and records patient biophysical, psychosocial, and self-care data, identifying educational needs.
- Analyzes assessment data to formulate nursing diagnoses and implement age-appropriate care plans with the team.
- Administers medication.
- Ensures patient and staff safety.
Core Schedule: Week 1 Fri, Sat; Week 2 Sun, Mon

Job Requirements
Required:
- Oregon RN License
- AHA BLS within 30 days
- NRP within 6 months
- ACLS within 6 months
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- One (1) year of RN experience or Current RN with CHI Mercy Health
Preferred
- Family Birth Place experience
